Weight Loss Secret - Simple Mathematics !

Since the beginning of time, people have searched for the "magical cure" for weight loss. They constantly jump from diet to diet or from one fad to the next hoping that they will accidentally stumble across the "holy grail". But the harsh truth is... it doesn't exist! There is no (long term) magical cure that will allow you to continue to do the exact same things you've always done and achieve different results. It's impossible! This is actually the definition of insanity. Don't believe me? Look it up... My point is simple... is if you want something different, you have to DO something different... Simple as that! It starts with the simple shift of your current mindset. Stop looking for an "easy way out" and start looking for real answers and you get real results.

Okay, with that being said, I'm now going to share with you the simple mathematics of weight loss. Believe it or not, it really is simple!

The golden key is your Calorie Intake vs. Calories Burned! Now let me explain... Everyone's body is different. Your body needs a certain amount of calories each day in order to maintain for current body weight. When these daily calorie necessities are not met, your body taps into its storage (stored body fat) and burns it to offset the missing calories which results in weight loss! It's as simple as that! (to find a calorie calculator, just do a search in Google)

Example:

Let's say that your body needs 2000 calories each day in order to maintain your current body weight. Now let's say that your lower your calorie intake by 250 per day and also burn 250 per day doing a simple cardio routine. That's 500 calories a day that your body has to burn from stored fat! Since one pound is 3500 cal, you're losing 1 pound a week! You can adjust this according to your personal weekly results that you are looking to achieve. However, 1- 3 pounds per week is a healthy trend for losing weight. I wouldn't recommend going beyond that.

Like I said before, there is no magical cure to weight loss. It takes work! I never said that it was extremely "easy", but it is very simple... and it can be done if you are willing to put forth the effort. The first step down the road to weight loss is making the decision to take action! The choice is yours. Remember, at the end of the day, you are the person that has to look at that person in your mirror in the eyes everyday and explain to him/her why you haven't made a change. He/She is depending on you... stop giving him/her excuses and starting giving results!
